The long wait was finally OVER!

Success is sweet.

SWEETER if long delayed and attained through manifold struggles and defeats.

The bebeboy is now an ENGINEER. :) It was a well-deserved success for mi amore. I know how much he waited and prayed for this. He never lose hope and he kept his faith alive. He never questioned God thus he put his complete trust to Him. And as promised, God didn't fail him. :) 

We are all proud of you mahal!

I thank You!

I am not perfect. NOBODY is actually. I have done things that hurt others. Things that are against His teachings. I am not proud of it and I'll never be. But I will also not hate myself forever for doing such things in the past. I have repented a thousand times and believe it or not, I am really trying my very best to do what is right. But human as we are, I don't always succeed. Again, I am not proud. But despite all my wrongdoings, Papa God never fail to bless me. There are times that I feel unworthy of all His blessings. Perhaps because of guilt and also embarassment. It's indeed embarrassing when the person you've done wrong will still treat you well, right? But I guess it's God's way of telling me that there's nothing that I can do that will make Him love me less. 

Papa God, I'll always be thankful and grateful for blessing me these:

1. A very loving and supportive family. I know I've never been a perfect daughter to my parents, sister to my siblings and niece to my aunt. But despite all my imperfections, shortcomings and failure, they never stop loving me, supporting and believing in me. They love me unconditionally. No ifs. No buts. 

2. Few crazy yet genuine friends. I have a very strong personality. I can be dominant at times. But thank you Lord for blessing me with understanding and caring friends who never get tired (I hope!hahaha)of listening to my stories and who are very patient in dealing with me. Hahaha! I love them dearly Lord, and I can't imagine life without them.

3. Ever supportive, sweet and handsome partner. I know he will raise his eyebrow upon reading the 3rd adjective (hahaha!). But what can I do? He's the handsomest for me! I know that we are totally different in many ways, but thank you for always giving us the wisdom we need to understand the word COMPROMISE. 

4. The hard times and failures. It may sound obscure and unrealistic, but YES I am thankful for all the problems and failures I face everyday. Simply because these things taught me to be humble. It strengthens my faith and made me realize that I'll never be alone. I will always have 1-3 and of course Papa God to back me up! Yun oh! Hahaha.

I may not be the most beautiful, the sexiest, or the girl with the perfect body. But I don't pretend to be someone I'm not. I'm good at being me. I might not be proud of some things I've done in my past, but I'm proud of who I am today.

Yesterday, I received a beautiful surprise from mi amore. ^_^ At first, I was a bit hesitant to accept it since my name was mispronounced. chos! Sabi kc ni ate for "Sheen" daw. Sheen Jamir. Arte lang? :P I was really nervous and kinikilig when I accepted it. So as expected (whenever I feel nervous, kinikilig or nahihiya, my face turned red! hahaha!

Things I wish I could buy him....

Remember my blogpost about the 5 languages of love? Well, I hope you do! If not, you can always check it somewhere down the road. hehehe. Since balentayms day is just around the corner, I've decided to make write something about WAR. echos! Of course about L O V E! 

I can express/show my love for someone in many ways. One of that is by showering the person with gifts. HAHAHA! shower jud? Since I am now experiencing financial crisis (chos!), I can't really splurge on gifts but it doesn't mean that I'm not thinking of giving my partner something. Pero hanggang think na lng muna ngaun. Soon, I'll be able to materialize all of these.

If I'll wake up tomorrow with thousands of pesos beside my pillow (magic lang te?!?), I already have a list of the things that I will buy for mi amore!

*** I know how much he wants to have a new phone. :) 

*** He actually wanted this for Christmas. But since hindi xa 70% discount at kapos kami sa budget, he was not able to buy a running shoes. :(

*** I was supposed to give him this as a Christmas gift. (blush). But he refused to knowing that I've  debts to pay. :( It really made me feel sad in a way. 

***  His work requires him to travel, not really a lot though. But it would be nice if he can keep his things safe and organized on his trips.

*** Another thing he was supposed to buy last Christmas. :(

*** YES! Gusto ko siyang ibili ng eroplano! hahaha. Aside from being fond of eating, we both love to travel. To explore different places specially our very own Philippines. :) If only we have lots of money to spend...

I may not be able to give him all these things on balentayms, but I can surely give him my HEART over and over again. NOT only this balentayms day but EVERYDAY. 3x A DAY! hahaha.

1. I still sing (in mind) b-u-t-t-e-r-f-l-y (butterfly) whenever I spell the word. hahaha!

2. I sweep the floor whenever I arrive home and sometimes once is not enough. :) 

3. I don't eat "expensive fish"! hahaha. ex. lapu-lapu and other colorful fishesssssss.

4. I tend to smell the food before eating it. Such an impolite gesture according to my mother.

5. I was paralyzed for more than a month when I was 7 years old. But MIRACLES do happen!

a note to remember

HAHAHA! This is what I always tell myself. :) Don't complain, instead be GRATEFUL! ^_^ Be grateful of what I have that others don't. Well, unemployment rate in the Philippines is still freakin' high! Atleast I have a permanent source of income to pay all my bills and _t_ng. HAHAHA! Plus, I don't need to ask from mi mama monthly allowance to buy this and that. Yes, I admit that I can't buy all the things that I WANT but I can still buy the things that I NEED and that's what really maters.

And besides, who needs money when THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE FREE?!?!?
